SKEYE REVENUE is an innovated, integrated flight ticket revenue management software that ensures, the maximum revenue return over your full network. It processes tickets according to the following steps: tickets to validate, validated tickets and ticket history. It also offers viewing of the tickets based on their traveled vouchers named "LIFT". Our airline revenue management system will bring immediate value with its advanced decision support tools. You will have instant access to key performance indicators from network level down to individual departure. Available as a standalone solution or complimentary to all Skeye Aviation System Products and Services.


STEP  1    IMPORTING


Ticketing data is imported from databases such as SITA, IATA and Aeroplan. The data is provided by travel agents, online ticketing.



STEP 2    TICKETS TO BE VALIDATED


A powerful search engine with filter is provided. Data searching is fast and simple.
This allows for the possibility of searching by last name, first name, credit card number, flight number. As well, multiple criteria searching is available.

Tickets or lifts viewing is presented in a grid, presenting basic information. Subsequenly, one can easily and quickly find information or organize work to do on tickets according to preferences.

For example, it is possible to batch up several tickets and work on this batch or transfer it from one step to the other. It allows for ticket editing, exchange, replacement of lost ticket and reimbursement.



STEP 3    VALIDATED TICKETS & TICKET HISTORY


Validated tickets are removed from the queue and the processed data can be exported to various systems such as Dynamics GP, for accounting purposes.

The following reports can be generated :
- Summary of tickets in a specific batch.
- Used ticket portion (sold vouchers vs. travelled vouchers).
- Statistics showing how many passengers travelled on a specific segment.
- Statistics on how many assengers travelled on a flight number
